Seraina explains: “Even before our outreach day ended, I knew that we had to go and see this young woman sitting next to the stone. There were two of us and we approached tourists in Montreux as part of an outreach week. We got talking to the woman and found out that she comes from France, works here, has Moroccan and Italian roots and would like to become a model. I asked her if we could pray for her in the name of Jesus. She replied that she was Muslim and probably believed something different to us. So we got talking about faith in Jesus Christ. During the conversation, she asked many questions she had about Christianity. We quoted passages from the Bible, but also talked about personal experiences. At the end, I explained the gospel to her using the four symbols of THE FOUR. I gave her the bracelet and the explanatory brochure. She immediately put on the bracelet and was super happy. She then asked us why we had approached her. She was just searching for the truth and wanted to get to know the different religions. And then we came along. That visibly touched her.”<\/p>\n
Seraina was part of an international outreach team “Salam Alaikum” in Montreux, an outreach of Agape international, a team from the Middle East and Campus for Christ in French-speaking Switzerland. They struck up a conversation with tourists on the lakeside promenade. These outreaches have been taking place in Geneva and Montreux in the summer for years. <\/p>\n
